A little story about MGU

Medical Genetics Unit (MGU) at the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) was established in 1998. It was first called Clinical Genetics Unit and was led by Dr. Rozita Rosli. Since then, the unit was headed by a number of leaders and placed under the purview of different departments in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UPM. MGU administers two laboratories, the Medical Genetics Laboratory (MGL) and Stem Cell Research Laboratory (SCRL). There are six academic and three laboratory staff providing teaching, research and consultation services in the field of medical genetics and regenerative medicine.
